优比仕电子(深圳)有限公司成立于1998年12月，现为全球UPS行业排名第二的美国伊顿集团（Eaton Corp.）的全资子公司，是伊顿集团在中国的不间断电源(UPS) 研发、制造中心。现有员工620人左右，产品全部外销。
公司研发、制造的产品全部属于MGE Office Protection System（梅兰日兰办公保护系统）品牌；包括本公司在内的MGE Office Protection System的全球业务是从原母公司法国施耐德电气集团于2007年售出，由现有母公司美国伊顿集团购入。

UPE ELECTRONICS (SHENZHEN)CO., LTD is a foreign wholly-owned company, invested by Eaton Corp.. Total investment was US$72 Million; all products are exported to oversea. We have above 620 employees in Shenzhen, and make our all products export abroad.
In these 9 years, with excellent management & lead of Company, UPE has been very important R&D and Manufacturing Center for small UPS, which provides our product to Europe, Asia, and America.
