Siemens Sensors and Communication Ltd. (SSCL) is new subsidiary of Siemens Automation and Drives Group (A&D).  As one of Siemens' worldwide manufacturing bases of sensors and communication products, SSCL, with 200-million-RMB investment, covering a total area of 40,000 m²  including a 15,000 m²  workshop and office building, mainly  focusing on process instruments including pressure, flow, level and weighing transmitters. These products are widely used in oil & gas, chemical, power, paper, food & beverage industries. Currently SSCL is producing pressure transmitter DSIII, and building production lines for magnetic flow meter and mass dynamic products. In the near future its product portfolio will extend to level radar meter and capacitance sensor. The production will be synchronized with Siemens' other plants for this product range located in France, Canada and Denmark, in terms of product portfolio, size, performance, quality and technological standard.
