This acquisition expands our forged steel fittings offerings with ferrous and non-ferrous branch connnections, flanges, fittings and engineered speciality forged components for piping systems and pressure vessels. The addition of WFI International is a good fit with Bonney Forge - the commodity volume operation and WFI International - the MTO shop. We are pleased with the smooth integration of the two and today offer our combined fitting products together with our valve products in a package that meets Bonney's continued commitment to provide competitive prices, quality and service all the time.
