吉林恩智浦半导体有限公司(原吉林飞利浦半导体有限公司）坐落于吉林省吉林市高新技术开发区，成立于2004年2月，是一个充分利用飞利浦的技术及管理优势建立起来的合资公司。
   公司拥有现代化的5英寸生产车间，使用ERP系统和MES系统对生产进行管理,可提供3微米制程工艺。产品类型包括：外延二极管、偏转晶体管、阻尼二极管、可控硅、晶闸管等。公司分别于2005年6月、2007年10月通过ISO 9001:2000 质量体系认证和ISO 14001:2004环境管理体系认证。

  Jilin NXP, (previously known as PJSC-----Philips Jilin Semiconductors Company Limited) located in Jilin-Wonder city of North Eastern China, was registered on February 2004, using Philips unique technology and management .
The company has a 5-inch Fabrication plant and a test area , offering 3μm process technologies .Its products include EPI-Diode,Transistor,Passivation Diode,Traics,Thyristor,etc .
Jilin NXP uses ERP and MES System in its manufacturing and achieved ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:2004 certification in June 2005 and Oct 2007 respectively .
