Creative Water Technology description
After waste water enters the CWT equipment, the first process step consists of removing the suspended solids. The remaining waste water, with the dissolved elements will be heated (typically to around 40 degrees Celsius) after which it will be sprayed into the weather system that induces evaporation of the water, leaving behind the previously dissolved elements, which can be collected in dry form. The evaporated and purified water will be condensed separately and can be re-used.
Through this process, that uses the basic principles from physics, CWT can process up to 50% concentration sludge and take out a wide variety of waste including:
• Organic & Inorganic
• Dissolved (e.g., salts) & Suspended Solids (e.g., metals)
• Oils & Greases
• Emulsions
