天津南港奥德费尔码头仓储有限公司（ＯＮＴＴ）是由天津南港工业区港务有限公司（５１％）与奥德费尔码头亚洲有限公司（奥德费尔集团下属公司）（４９％）共同投资建立的。

奥德费尔：

奥德费尔在液体化工品、酸、食用油、油品和气体的海上运输和储存方面在全球处于领导地位。目前奥德费尔自己拥有的和相关联的公司在全球共运营有100多艘船舶总计载重吨250万DWT和18个仓储码头总计仓储容量达500万立方米。

Odfjell Nangang Terminal (Tianjin) Co. Ltd. (ONTT) is a joint venture project between Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Port Co. Ltd. (51%) and Odfjell Terminals Asia Pte Ltd (part of the Odfjell group) (49%) .
