BITCAR于2008年10月创立，目前拥有员工100余人，服务奔驰中国、北京现代、东风本田等客户。公司凭借其独到的产品前瞻性和勇于创新的精神，全球首创了基于iOS平台的B-world DSA智能销售助手系统，为汽车销售市场开辟了新的营销模式，并获得客户的好评。与此同时，很多其他汽车品牌也都在积极与我们商谈合作，DSA将成为整个汽车销售行业新的里程碑。
公司将会坚持并继续专注于B-world DSA产品的不断研发，并逐步扩大DSA俱乐部的规模，立志成为汽车数字化销售行业解决方案的探索者与领航者，共同推动中国汽车数字化销售的发展。
2011年4月，位于印度的奔驰全球安全检测机构MBRDI 对BITCAR的信息安全进行了全面细致的检查。依据戴姆勒信息安全策略标准的22个大项42个具体项目，BITCAR在信息安全性管理、项目的信息安全管理等方面已经达到了国际标准。
2011年6月，BITCAR成为中国汽车流通协会与中国汽车工程学会会员。
国汽车工程学会成立于1963年，是中国科学技术协会的组成部分，是国际汽车工程学会联合会理事成员，是国际太平洋地区汽车工程会议发起组织之一。
继中国汽车工程学会之后，BITCAR在7月初又成为了中国汽车流通协会的一员。 中国汽车流通协会是汽车流通领域唯一在民政部门登记注册，具有合法地位的国家级社团组织。协会成立于1990年，隶属于国务院国有资产监督管理委员会。
